Personal training can be done
one-on-one with the client, or in a group setting. One-on-one personal training is, for obvious reasons, more personable. The structure of a personal training session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around three basic components: nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. We start each session with a review of how the client is performing in each of these areas. If one area tends to need more attention, we spend the majority of time focusing on this weakness.
